In accordance with art. 13 paragraph 1. 1 and paragraph 2. the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016, we hereby inform you that:
- Związek Kynologiczny w Polsce z siedzibą w Warszawie Al. Jerozolimskie 30 lok.11, 00-024. is the administrator of your personal data.
- submitting personal data is voluntary, but necessary to accomplish the preparation and organization of The Dog Show
- you have the right to access and rectify your personal data
- you can withdraw your consent by sending an e-mail to the address wystawa@wystawapsow.pl from the address used for registration, however, if this happens the registration of your dogs will be cancelled
- your personal data can be entrusted to the ZKwP branch, which is the organizer of the Dog Show
- the data will be processed on the basis of an article. 6 paragraph 1. 1 paragraph a), and in accordance with the wording of the General Data Protection regulation, you have the right to complain to the INSPECTOR GENERAL when it considers processing your personal data that violates the provisions of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal data of April 27, 2016
- you are not profiled and your personal data will not be transferred outside of the EEA or international organisations
